Store Privacy Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made through the Pegumax Store & Academy (online courses and physical merchandise). It does not replace our main site Privacy Policy & Terms, which continue to govern our software products and general use of pegumax.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Pegumax LLC ("Pegumax", "we", "us") collects when you buy a course or merchandise through the Pegumax Store & Academy, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — your username and email address when you create an account.
  • Order & shipping details — your name, shipping address, and phone number, collected at checkout so physical merchandise can be manufactured and delivered.
  • Purchase records — the courses and items you buy, order totals, and reward codes used.
  • Technical data — basic session and log data needed to operate the site securely.

2. How we use it

  • To grant access to purchased courses and track your learning progress.
  • To fulfill, manufacture, and ship merchandise orders.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, course access, completion rewards).
  • To provide support and keep the platform secure.

3. Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or banking details — that information is handled directly by Stripe under their PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. We only receive confirmation of payment and the billing/shipping details needed to complete your order.

4. Service providers we share with

We share only the minimum data needed to deliver your purchase:

  • Stripe — to process payments.
  • Printful — our print-on-demand manufacturing partner, which receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship physical items.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it for third-party advertising. Your data is used solely to provide the products and services you request.

6. Data retention & security

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active or as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You may update your account details at any time, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.
