Return & Refund Policy

Pegumax merchandise is made just for you, on demand. Please review this policy carefully before ordering — especially sizing.
Print-on-demand — made to order.
All physical merchandise is custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you order the wrong size. Refunds or replacements are only issued if an item arrives damaged or misprinted by our manufacturing partner.
1. Damaged or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. To file a claim:
- Contact us at pegumaxinc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label/packaging where relevant).
- Once verified with our manufacturing partner, we'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
2. Wrong size or change of mind
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please use the size guide and double-check your variant (size/color) before checking out.
3. Lost or significantly delayed shipments
If a tracked order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our manufacturing partner to resolve it, including a replacement where appropriate.
4. Order changes & cancellations
Because items enter production quickly, we generally cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted to manufacturing. Contact us immediately if you spot an error and we'll help where it's still possible.
5. Online courses
Courses are digital products delivered instantly and are non-refundable once access has been granted. See our Terms of Service for details.
