Store & Academy Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of online courses and physical merchandise sold through the Pegumax Store & Academy. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. They supplement — and do not replace — our main site Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to make a purchase. Keep your credentials secure.

2. Courses & digital content

• Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access its content for your own learning.
• You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share course materials or your access.
• Course access is granted immediately on purchase. As digital content delivered instantly, course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Quizzes, XP, levels, certificates, and Developer Tiers are provided for educational and motivational purposes and carry no monetary value.

3. Merchandise (print-on-demand)

• Physical items are custom-made to order through our manufacturing partner (Printful).
• Returns and refunds for merchandise are governed by our Return Policy, which you should read before buying.
• Product images are mockups; actual colors may vary slightly by display and manufacturing.

4. Reward codes & promotions

Completion reward codes and promotional discounts are single-use, apply to one item, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire on the stated date. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in USD and processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls or payment, scrape or copy content, or interfere with the service or other users.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, designs, branding, and site materials are owned by Pegumax LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Your license does not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The store and courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pegumax LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pegumax LLC operates.
