User data related to authentication (such as email addresses and hashed passwords) is stored and secured within Google's Firebase infrastructure, specifically Firestore. Pegumax Inc. relies on Firebase's robust security measures and compliance certifications. Any issues or breaches related to the underlying authentication infrastructure are governed by Google's terms and policies.

• AI Tools (Google AI & OpenAI): Many of our advanced features, including but not limited to content generation, data analysis, and intelligent assistance, are powered by Artificial Intelligence models and APIs provided by Google (e.g., Gemini, other Google AI services) and OpenAI. When you use features that leverage AI, your input may be sent to these third-party AI providers for processing. Pegumax Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or any unintended outputs generated by these AI models. Furthermore, the data handling, privacy, and usage policies of Google AI and OpenAI apply to the data processed by their respective services. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations and potential biases of AI technologies.

• Payments (Stripe): All payment transactions for our software and services are securely processed through Stripe, a leading third-party payment gateway. Pegumax Inc. does not directly collect, store, or process your sensitive payment card information. This data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their strict security standards (PCI DSS compliance) and privacy policy. Any payment-related issues, including data breaches or transaction errors occurring within Stripe's system, are the responsibility of Stripe.
